Digital Eco-Systems
DCS is committed to its learning community with digital supports. Parents/Guardians will be given access to our user-friendly Parent Portal intranet during their Onboarding, which houses all documents, files, and resources (School Pathways, ParentSquare, SMORE). Students will be provided with Clever, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive), and other technology tools to support their learning.
We believe in creating efficient and effective systems to communicate, collaborate, and support the development of all of our stakeholders.
Resources to Support You on Your Homeschooling Journey
Terri Novacek, Executive Director of Element Education, connects with educators, parents, researchers, and authors to discuss the mindset and behaviors that help us discover and develop our element– that place where interests and talents collide so the heart, mind, and body work together to do good and feel good.
Universal Meal Program
Element Education provides a comprehensive wellness program by providing a safe and healthy school environment and reinforcing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Student wellness is supported through health education, physical education and activity, health and nutrition services, psychological and counseling services, staff wellness, and parent/guardians/community involvement.
In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture civil rights regulations and policies, Element Education is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
